The Board recognizes the importance of meaningful involvement of stakeholders in the decision making process.
We plan to:
1) Overview of Process
2) Break into the following focus groups: AdvancED Steering Committee; Building, Grounds, & Transportation; Calendar; Curriculum/Personnel; Finance; Policy
3) Focus groups report recommendations to the whole group
4) Plan a date for the next meeting
The Board will use the strategic planning input to gather data on the suggestions/recommendations from the focus groups.
