Chadron Intermediate School participated in this year's Americanism Essay Contest sponsored by the American Legion Auxiliary. CIS was notified earlier this week that we had received two awards for outstanding essays. Congratulations to Demaris Kelso who received 2nd place with her essay and Gabby Twarling received 1st place on her essay. We are proud of all the students who participated in the contest and appreciate Jeanne Dueker and the American Legion Auxiliary for sponsoring it.
