The Chadron State Women's Choir and the Chadron State Community Chorus hosted a benefit concert on April 26th to support the Chadron Middle School Instrumental Music Program. This year marked the 150th anniversary of the end of the Civil War. On Thursday, April 30th, the Chadron Middle School Choir celebrated with a musical tribute to the men and women who fought and died in that war. Usually, the 7th and 8th grade choir perform separately from the 6th graders, but last night all three grades performed together. The performance included severn songs and a recitation of the Gettysburg Address. Nice job middle schoolers!
