Who needs a Physical Examination?

• All students entering Kindergarten
• All students entering Seventh Grade
• Any student at any grade attending Chadron Public Schools for the first time
• Student athletes must have a physical each school year they compete in activities
• Kindergarteners and Out-of-State transfers to any grade are required to have a vision evaluation
